I enjoyed my stay at Arch House an excellent location for relaxing, site-seeing and walking. A lovely room clean, warm and tastefully decorated throughout. Parking available and a wonderful hearty breakfast to set you up for the day. Thank you all and I look forward in staying with you again soon.
Such a find!! Lovely garden room, clean and well maintained! Very good breakfast. Location is perfect for exploring the North Norfolk Coast and Wells Town. And staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely be coming back.
Super happy with our stay at the Arch house, Room was very clean, plenty big enough for two with some great coffee/tea and biscuits. Parking with it is very handy and nice and quiet in the evening. Would definitely be back.
Wonderful little B & B in beautiful surroundings. Small but cosy accommodation, breakfast superb nice ingredients cooked beautifully. The staff very welcoming efficient on the ball! The only negative thing was an inconsiderate guest in the above room kept us awake until 2am both nights running baths, stomping about backwards & forwards! Sadly we didnt feel completely rested due to this. It is no reflection on the B & B as everything was perfect apart from this. Would definitely return highly recommended.
Perfect location, few mins walk to local shops and pubs. Free parking available, 1 space per room. Our room was smaller than expected but fine for two people, clean and tidy, comfortable bed. Can't really comment on staff as it's self check in except for the lady at breakfast, she was nice and attentive.
Me and my wife had a fantastic stay at Arch House. The room we had was very well presented and very clean, nice furniture and fitting used. we did like the detailed touches like a full kettle of water to make a brew after a long travel down. No complaints at breakfast food was cooked correctly not burnt or underdone and plenty of other choices over full cooked breakfast was available. Staff very friendly and welcoming Apon staying at Arch House. Interesting way of checking in and out by collecting keys from an envelope on the table in reception with your name on it but still wasn't hard to work out what to do and plus where your room was located Overall very pleased with the stay and would recommend to friends
Lovely B&B. Nice location, a short 10 minute walk to the main harbour and streets. Lovely cute room (room 7). Maybe needs 1 less chair replaced with a luggage stand as not much room for bags. Both ladies at breakfast were super lovely and breakfast very tasty. Lots of sanitiser around the entrance and building. Lots of information on local walks, points of interests and restaurants. Easy check-in procedure too. Would highly recommend.
